How long does shipping take?
We ship with DHL. Your order should usually arrive within 2–4 business days.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with PayPal, credit card or Klarna.
Can I return items?
For deadlines, conditions and exceptions, please see our return policy. For individually curated mystery boxes, also check the information on the relevant product page. You can register a return through our returns portal.
How do the mystery boxes work?
Choose a box with the contents described and select your size. We pick the individual vintage pieces for you. Product images are examples; colours and styles may vary. Each product page explains what is included, how many pieces you receive and the conditions for the individual selection.
